Loan Modifications have been extended by The Treasury Department for over 400,000 people it was announced today. More than 230,000 trial modifications have begun through the Making Home Affordable Program.

The Huffington Post has an interesting article on the some of the problems of Obama's Homeowners bail out plan that incorporates Loan modifications .
